I understand that starting this journey can be daunting regardless of whether you call it relationship counseling, couples therapy, or marriage counseling.
Ultimately, you want a therapist who makes the most of your time and can truly help you and your partner. Here’s a bit about my background.
I completed intensive Marriage and Family Therapy training with hundreds of supervised hours in my master’s program. I’ve been observed live by supervisors and peers, and I’ve presented session video to show the progress couples made toward their goals.
I’ve gone through plenty of sweat-inducing evaluations to strengthen my skills—and I’m committed to continually improving.
My passion is helping couples rebuild connection, deepen understanding, and create shared meaning.

Feeling disconnected from your partner can be deeply painful.
I believe every couple has within them the ability to heal and grow, no matter how difficult the season they’re in. Drawing on my training and experience, I will guide you and your partner in building skills to communicate openly, understand one another more fully, and rediscover the joy in each day you share.
Using a client-centered approach, I look for and nurture the strengths that already exist in your relationship. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space where you can explore past hurts, share your hopes, and imagine a future you both feel excited about.
Throughout the process, I’ll be your coach and ally — helping you practice new ways of talking, listening, and connecting so you can move forward with confidence and renewed closeness.
